<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production method of a production intermediate of a piperazine-based compound which is effective for pharmaceutical preparation for the alleviation and treatment of symptoms due to ischemic diseases etc. <P>SOLUTION: The production method of the intermediate represented by general formula (XII') comprises reacting a benzophenone derivative having a group easily exchangeable for an amino group with a piperazine derivative (preferably, only one nitrogen atom of two nitrogen atoms of piperazine has a protective group), reducing a carbonyl group of a resultant benzophenone derivative to form a methylene group, and, in the case where the piperazine derivative has a protective group, performing the removal of the protective group. In the above formula, Q' is an optionally substituted phenyl group; and X is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an alkoxy group, or an optionally substituted alkyl group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
