SOLUTION: The device is provided with an eject arm which is freely turnably supported on a device main body which a disk is inserted into and removed from, which is rotated to an insertion direction by being pushed by a disk during insertion of the disk, and which is rotated to a discharge direction and discharges the disk during discharge of the disk, and an energizing member 56 of which the one end is locked at a first locking position 98 provided at the device main body, of which the other end is locked at a second locking position 96 provided at an eject arm side, which is extended by that the first locking position 98 is separated from the second locking position 96 as the eject arm is rotated to the insertion direction, and which gives energizing power for the discharge direction to the eject arm, A plurality of locking parts of the energizing member 56 are provided at the first locking position 98 and the second locking position 96.
