The hydraulic oil line (1) with a non-return valve (6) and an actuator (5), e.g. for a drive belt tensioner, has an equalizing zone (7) tightly in front of the actuator to reduce oil pressure peaks in the oil flow (4). The equalizing zone works with a piston (8), fitted with a spring (9), and a piezo actuator (18).
