Provided is a highly reliable wiring board having a columnar conductor, which has excellent mountability to a mother board and suppresses troubles such as dropping from the mother board. A wiring board (10) having a columnar conductor is provided with a wiring board (11) composed of a ceramic multilayer board; a columnar conductor (12) arranged on the upper surface of the wiring board (11); and an insulating supporting section (13), which supports the circumference side surface of the columnar conductor (12) and has an insulating supporting section (13) having an outer shape which widens toward the wiring board (11) from the leading end of the columnar conductor (12).
