Heat from first and second heat transmission members (19) is transmitted to first and second heat radiation fins (18). The first and second heat radiation fins (18) radiate heat to the atmosphere from their surfaces having a large surface area. The forward end of the second heat radiation fin (18) is faced to a first heat radiation fin member (17) with a predetermined spacing kept between them. As a result, hot air is concentrated to the second heat radiation fin member (17). The difference in temperature between the second heat radiation fin member (17) and the environment of the fin member (17) increases to create the chimney effect. Heat is efficiently discharged to the environmental air from the heat radiation fins (18), and heat radiation efficiency is higher than ever before. To achieve the effect equal to a conventional level, the surface area of the heat radiation fins (18) can be smaller. This means that the heat radiation fins (18) and a heat radiation unit (15) are reduced in size.
