FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to prepare the recipe components, cut and roast beef in melted butter, cut and freeze dill greens to mix it at oxygen-free technique with common salt and hot black pepper. Then one should pack beef, the obtained mixture and melted butter followed by sealing and sterilization. This widens the number of technical means and dishes applied at manufacturing new canned food that enables to increase their digestibility. Digestibility of canned food corresponds to 2.4.105, and that of the dish applied for manufacturing the canned food in question - 2.105. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing. |
