<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent temperature drop in the vicinity of a reaction gas inlet in cooling by the evaporation latent heat of water supplied to an electrode together with reaction gas. <P>SOLUTION: Water is added to an air supply passage 37 supplying air to a fuel cell 1 through a water supply passage 59. A part of air is supplied from the air supply passage 37 through an air inlet manifold 19 at the upstream end of an air passage 3, and the remaining air is supplied from an intermediate inlet manifold 49 in the intermediate position of the air passage 3 through an air branch passage 47 branching from the air supply passage 37. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
