CROSS HEAD COATING DIE, EXTRUSION MOLDING APPARATUS, AND CONDUCTIVE ELASTIC BODY ROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cross head coating die for conductive elastic body extrusion molding which can reduce a weld line, an extrusion molding apparatus, and a conductive elastic body roller reducing the dispersion of the electric resistance in the circumferential direction of the conductive elastic body roller.

SOLUTION: In the cross head coating die 30 for conductive elastic body extrusion molding having an annular passage 37 constituted of an inside die 33 outer peripheral surface and an outside die 35 inner peripheral surface, a vine winding-shaped groove in which the extrusion direction is made an axis is provided in the inside die outer peripheral surface, and a vine winding-shaped groove in which the extrusion direction is made an axis is provided in the outside die inner peripheral surface. The conductive elastic body extrusion molding apparatus has the cross head coating die and a circular die lip 38. The conductive elastic body roller is produced by using the extrusion molding apparatus.
