<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spout in which its seal is opened by a pull-ring and presence or absence of the pull-ring can be checked at a glance even if a cap is not opened. <P>SOLUTION: A cylindrical part 11 of a spout main body 10 has a male thread at its outer peripheral part. A sealing film 14 closing an inside part of the cylindrical part 11 is cooperatively arranged inside and below the cylindrical part 11 through an annular thin-wall part 13. A pull-ring 16 is cooperatively arranged at the upper part of the sealing film 14. A cap 20 has a female thread engaged with the male thread of the outer periphery of the cylindrical part of the spout main body 11 at its inner peripheral surface. At least the cap 20 is transparent.
