<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network order system and a network server, which collectively manage information on every order in a system for collectively managing and processing orders received from a plurality of stores (retailers) by a processing agent, and which can provide information on an order received by a store and information on a customer therefor to the store when the store makes a request therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The network server stores, in a database, order information and customer information received from an order entry channel together with identification information on a retailer system that has mediated the order, extracts, in response to a request from the retailer system, at least one of the order information, the customer information corresponding to the identification information on the retailer system having made the request, and information obtained based on one or both of the order information and the customer information from the database, and provides it to the retailer system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
