PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance efficiency of development and introduction of a liquid crystal element by two or more liquid crystal makers. SOLUTION: The liquid crystal element 1 is configured of a power source circuit (IC) 2, a liquid crystal signal processing circuit (IC) 3, and a liquid crystal driving TFT (or pixel TFT) 4. The power source circuit (IC) 2 generates two or more power source voltages, for example, the power source voltages of three power source systems including the power source systems from a single power source A. The power source system A as a 1st power source system is a power source system for generating signals for digital signal processing and panel driving; the power source B as a 2nd power source system is a power source system for driving a circuit for converting a display signal to an analog signal exclusively for the display element; and the power source system C as a 3rd power source system is a power source system for driving a circuit relative to a pixel display operation.
