PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector holder unit which enables a circuit board and a connector to be easily attached to a connector holder, and prevents foreign substances from being generated at the time of the attachment, and to provide a carriage equipped with this. SOLUTION: The connector holder unit 74 which is formed separately from the carriage 1 capable of accommodating an ink cartridge 5 and is attachable in the carriage is constructed by attaching both of the connector 11 with a first contact arm 29 and a second contact arm 31 and the circuit board 9 with a conductive connecting part to the connector holder 13. When the connector holder unit 74 is attached to the carriage 1, respective contact terminals in the first contact arm and the second contact arm of the connector come into elastic contact with the conductive connecting part of the circuit board 9 and a conductive connecting part of the ink cartridge, respectively, so that electric conduction between the circuit board 9 and the ink cartridge 5 can be realized.
