PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a timing chart processing system improving the accuracy of the timing design of the entire system including processing in software, a timing chart processing method and a timing chart processing program. SOLUTION: The timing chart processing system 100 acquires related information indicating the relation of the processing in hardware and the software with each other and processing period information indicating a processing period in the hardware and the software. On the basis of the related information and the processing period information, a timing chart specifying and indicating a series of processing in the hardware and the software triggered by one of the processing in the hardware and the software is prepared (204). Further, on the basis of the timing chart, the processing period in the hardware and the software triggered by one of the processing in the hardware and the software is estimated.
