PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyester-based resin sheet excellent in moldability and chemical resistance and a laminated decorative sheet using the same. SOLUTION: The polyester-based resin sheet comprising 40-95 mass% noncrystalline polyester-based resin (A) comprising (i) terephthalic acid and (ii) a diol component comprising 60.5-72.5 mol% ethylene glycol, 1.5-6 mol% diethylene glycol and 26-38 mol% 1, 4-cyclohexane dimethanol (comprising 65-75 mol% trans-form and 25-35 mol% cis-form) and 5-60 mass% crystalline polyester-based resin (B) selected from polyethylene terephthalate-based resins, polybutylene terephthalate-based resins and polytrimethylene terephthalate-based resins having crystallinity.
