A brake used in particular in joinery work in the building industry, comprising among others a housing (1), slide (2) and elements which press the slide to the housing (3)(7), distinguished by the fact that: spring-loaded elements have been used (12) the braking surfaces mesh (1, 12) rolling elements have been utilised to ensure meshing of the braking surfaces (10) elements pressing the slide to the housing are a part of the slide (11, 12) the mechanism which presses the slide to the housing utilises, alternately, an eccentric (18), lever, keys (11, 10) ressure (elasticity) of a centre (12) the pressing mechanism contained in the slide is activated by inertia forces with the use of keys (11, 12), eccentrics, levers, or is activated remotely using the same or other centres it utilises sectoral, automatic braking with the alternative utilisation of magnetism, elasticity of the friction centre, spring-eccentric-level elements (20, 21, 22) in connection with the shift and stabilisation - or not - of the slide locations, utilising the same centres. |
