A light emitting module and a lamp device for a vehicle are provided to prevent short phenomenon by using a surface-type electrode not contacted to a heat radiation body. A ceramic substrate(2) is formed as an impact surface(2c) and a device arrangement surface(2a). The impact surface is formed with an approximately rectangular shape and one side of an outer circumference surface thereof is impacted with a position determining surface(20a) of a heat radiation body(16). A semiconductor light emitting device(3) is arranged on the device arrangement surface. A conductive pattern is formed on the ceramic substrate. A light emitting unit(3A) has the semiconductor light emitting device. A pair of positive and negative surface-type electrodes(6) are connected to the semiconductor light emitting device through the conductive pattern. An exposure region(6a) is configured with a portion of the pair of positive and negative surface-type electrodes which are exposed to the device arrangement surface of the ceramic substrate. |
