In a health management system in which health data measuring instruments commonly used by persons and health data measuring instruments used individually are mixedly installed, the health data measured by the heath data measuring instruments and the users who have measured health data are associated with one another and user IDs are given to the health data. An individual use terminal and a health management data integrating method are also provided. An individual use terminal (160) receives attribute information and health information from commonly usable instruments (110 to 130 ) which are the health data measuring instruments commonly used by persons. A user ID giving section (163) gives a user ID to the health data and transmits the health data and the attribute information to a gateway device (170). The gateway device (170) integrates the attribute information and the health data received from the individual use terminal (160) or dedicated instruments (140, 150) and transmits data to a server device (310) of a data center (300).
