An assist handle assembly for a vehicle is provided to allow an assist handle to be easily and firmly assembled to a roof trim. An assist handle assembly for a vehicle comprises an assist handle(20) provided at the lower portion of a roof trim(10) and a guide plate(30) provided at the upper portion of the roof trim(10). The assist handle(20) includes coupling sections(22) and bosses(22a). The coupling sections(22) is bent from two sides of a grasping member(21) and is coupled with the roof trim(10). The bosses(22a) are formed on the coupling sections(22) and correspond to through holes of the roof trim(10). The guide plate(30) includes coupling sections(31) formed with screw holes(31a) and clips(31b) formed in the screw holes(31a). The screw holes(31a) correspond to the coupling sections(22) of the assist handle(20). |
