The system further includes interlock diagnosis means (20) which displays satisfaction/dissatisfaction of the interlock condition at a predetermined moment before the current moment or the latest dissatisfaction time while updating it, and furthermore, identifying only the factor of the dissatisfaction even if a plurality of stages of interlock circuit are formed, which is automatically displayed in a schematic language; and an operator operation/display unit HMI operated by a plant operator. The operator operation/display device has the function equivalent to the interlock diagnosis means (20). |
