PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a new game style which can carry out a more stable display for higher players' interests from the sensing of game balls. SOLUTION: A Pachinko game machine 10 is provided with a liquid crystal display device 32 with a photosensor having a plurality of sensors arrayed at prescribed positions to sense the motion of the game balls rolling on a game board having a light transmitting area and executes a control to change character images to be displayed in a performance image display area according to the result of the sensing. For example, when sensing areas are set at parts of the respective character images, a new game style can be proposed by displaying new performance images or changing the display positions of the performance images responding to the passage of the game balls through the characters on display.
