<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, when a fuel is extracted by making a hole in a fuel tank, the position of a fuel pump or the like cannot be discriminated, and the hole-making work is difficult, and the fuel is hardly extracted. <P>SOLUTION: A cover 20 is provided on a tank wall surface 2. A mark 3 indicating the hole-making position by a hole-making tool T is formed on the cover 20.
