<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display panel which improves color reproducibility. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid crystal panel 11 is provided with: a pair of CF substrate 18 and array substrate 19 having a light transmission property; and liquid crystal 20 held between both substrates 18, 19. A color filter 31 is disposed on the inner surface side of the CF substrate 18. An outer substrate is disposed on the outside of the CF substrate 18, and an outer color filter is disposed on the position corresponding to the color filter 31 on the inner side of the outer substrate.
