PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of supporting the review of a plurality of pieces of data explained by an expositor to a viewer. SOLUTION: An information recording and distributing device 20 is provided with a characteristic information extracting part 22 for extracting characteristic information when at least one between the expositor explaining a plurality of pieces of data to a viewer and the viewer explains the data, an importance determining part 26 for determining the significance of each data on the basis of the characteristic information detected by the characteristic information extracting part 22, and an abstract preparing part 27 for preparing abstract data about the plurality of pieces of data on the basis of the importance of each data determined by the importance determining part 26. The characteristic information extracting part 22 extracts information about the intention of the presenter and information about correspondence of the viewer as the characteristic information.
