PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent illicitness of obtaining merchandise without inputting merchandise identification code, by a system of low power consumption and low cost. SOLUTION: Whether a merchandise identification code read by a coder reading means has been stored or not in a merchandise master file obtained by storing set data about merchandise by a merchandise identification code in each different merchandise identification code of various merchandise is determined. When it is determined that the merchandise identification code has been stored, merchandise specified by the merchandise identification code is photographed in accordance with the determination.
