摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light quantity adjusting device, wherein blade members can stably be driven by reducing frictional load when bearing a rotor shaft, and backlash is hardly caused to the blade members. SOLUTION: The light quantity adjusting device includes: a substrate having an optical path aperture; blade members disposed on the substrate and used to adjust a quantity of light passing through the optical path aperture; and an electromagnetic drive device that opens or closes the blade members. The electromagnetic drive device has: a rotor shaft; an excitation coil that applies rotating force to the rotor shaft; and a frame that freely rotatably bears the rotor shaft. In this case, the rotor shaft has a first shaft end formed in a sharp shape at one end and a second shaft end formed in a cylindrical shape at the other end. The frame has a bearing recess formed in a conical shape for supporting the first shaft end and a bearing hole formed in a cylindrical shape for supporting the second shaft end. The electromagnetic drive device is disposed such that the first shaft end of the rotor shaft is located on the substrate side.
