PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the reliability of the emission relay motion of a system, coping with a temporary barrier article with repeat succession of a light, even if mutual succession of a light among the optical beacons is not possible. SOLUTION: When an optical beacon #2 receives an emission pattern light from an optical beacon #1, self emission of an emission pattern light that includes an ID code [2] begins. When an emission pattern light from an optical beacon #3 cannot be received, the second emission of the emission pattern light begins, after a prescribed interval. Then, when the second emission pattern light is emitted, the optical beacon #3 begins to emit its emission pattern light involving an ID code [3] at the moment when the optical beacon #3 receives the emission pattern light from the optical beacon #2. In addition, with the reception of the emission pattern light from the optical beacon #3, the optical beacon #2 will not carry out repeated emission operation, considering the optical beacon #3 to have been transmitted.
