PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device capable of solving sticking failure of a protection seal stuck on a recording medium, a post-treatment device, an image forming system and a program. SOLUTION: The image forming device 10 is provided with a paper feeding tray for storing paper; an operation display part 114 for receiving setting of paper information of the paper stored in every paper feeding tray; and a body control part 110 for setting a sticking time for sticking the protection seal for reinforcing a file hole provided on the paper conveyed from the paper feeding tray based on the paper information received by the operation display part 114 and outputting the set sticking time.
