PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet carrying roller, a sheet carrying device, and an image forming device, capable of preventing generation of skew in carrying sheets. SOLUTION: A pick-up roller 20 held on a drive shaft 25 for carrying sheets is formed to have the maximum diameter at a center, and become smaller toward both ends to the reference of a surface.
