PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopper control type dipping nozzle for refining an aluminum killed steel using a dolomite-graphite refractory which is capable of suppressing any nozzle closure and reducing fusing damage of a fitting part with which a stopper comes into contact. SOLUTION: The dipping nozzle 13 comprises a dipping nozzle body 15 and a fitting part 17. A projecting part 19 formed on the dipping nozzle body 15 is fitted to a recessed part 23 formed in the fitting part 17, and connected thereto with a mortar 16. The dipping nozzle body 15 is constituted of a refractory consisting of, by mass, 25-40% [C], 20-50% [CaO], and 10-40% [MgO], and the fitting part with a stopper coming into contact therewith is constituted of a refractory consisting of, by mass, 1-10% [C], 40-60% [CaO], and 30-50% [MgO].
