PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device which enables the certain recognition of a change of a lesion shown in each of a plurality of medical images to a user. SOLUTION: It is equipped with a target region setting part for setting the target region corresponding to each of a plurality of medical images of a subject, a difference image generating part for generating the difference images showing the mutual difference of a plurality of image parts corresponding to each of a plurality of target regions set by the target region setting part, and an image display part for lining up the plurality of image parts mutually and displaying them and the difference images simultaneously.
