PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organopolysiloxanethio-block vinyl copolymer that has a light environmental load, exerts little influence on the human body, exhibits excellent antifouling properties and persistency thereof and can form an antifouling film excellent in mechanical strength, and an antifouling coating composition comprising the copolymer. SOLUTION: The organopolysiloxanethio-block vinyl copolymer is copolymerized in the presence of a polyether-modified silicone [A] and comprises [B] a polyoxyalkylene group-containing vinyl copolymer block and [C] an organopolysiloxanethio-block.
