A reaction mixture for diagnostics of the tuberculosis causative agent isoniazid resistance contains magnesium chloride, mixture of deoxynucleotide phosphates, katgОF primer, katg5R primer, katg4R primer, recombinant Taq DNA polymerase and tested DNA sample. Additionally the mixture contains such components as red buffer for the polymerase chain reaction and water for the polymerase chain reaction.
