A waste treatment system is provided to treat odor, gas, water vapor and leachate efficiently by collecting leachate, odor, gas and water vapor generated from the fermentation process and performing a water removing process, a microorganism deodorizing process, an incinerating and deodorizing process and a leachate treating process on the collected materials. A waste treatment apparatus(1) includes: a suction unit(10) for sucking odor, gas and water vapor generated from a waste fermentation process; a water removing unit(20) for removing the condensed water by spraying liquid particles onto the odor, gas and water vapor supplied through the suction unit, thereby condensing water; a microorganism deodorizing unit(30) for removing residual odor and gas flown in through the water removing unit by adsorbing and degrading actions of microorganisms; an incinerating and deodorizing unit(40) for heating and burning residual odor and gas flown in through the microorganism deodorizing unit to remove the residual odor and gas; a condensate water purifying unit(50) for supplying condensate water generated in the water removing unit to a pumping station to purify the condensate water by an aeration action and water purifying aquatic plants; and a leachate treating unit for collecting leachate generated in the fermentation process to generate a liquefied fertilizer and purify the leachate.
