摘要 A portable terminal of pet dog robot structure and a controlling method thereof are provided to realize a 3-dimensional action of the terminal moving legs in set patterns if a call is received in call waiting state, thereby offering amusement effect of a communication apparatus. A frame(20) is installed on a lower side of a body(10). A button(15) inputs manual operation by being disposed at a predetermined position of the frame(20) or the body(10). Upper legs units are rotatively connected to plural spots on the frame(20), respectively. Lower leg units are rotatively connected by interposing links(30) between the respective upper leg units. A driver outputs a signal to control the upper/lower leg units in preset operational patterns when a voice call is incoming.
