DEVICE FOR DETERMINATION OF STATIC MOMENT OF AIRCRAFT ENGINE COMPRESSOR BLADES

FIELD: measurement technology; devices for determination of static moments of various modifications of compressor blades in balancing; aeronautical engineering; mechanical engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device has bedplate 1 which holds the following components: lower prism 2, rocker arm 3 with upper prism 4 on whose end 5 adapter 6 is secured and balance weights 7 secured on other end and indicating instrument. Upper base of lower prism has slot formed by inclined faces crossing at angle of 110 degrees relative to each other in vertical plane and shifted relative to each other in horizontal plane; indicating instrument is made in form of micrometric head 8 and is secured on free end of rocker arm on side of balance weight; device is provided with drop level gauge 9 fitted on bedplate. Level gauge 9 is used for control of horizontal position with the aid of adjustable supports 10. ^ EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. ^ 2 dwg
