<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle communication system with a noise radio wave direction detecting and reducing function that can reduce the influence due to noise radio wave, having high intensity as much as possible, when there is a vehicle in an environment where the noise radio wave having high intensity arrives. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle communication system includes four directional receiving antennas 12a, 12b, 12c, and 12d fitted to the vehicle, a receiving circuit 15 which amplifies and demodulates radio waves received by the respective directional receiving antennas, and an RSSI circuit 16 which converts the intensity of the noise radio wave into noise signal intensity. The noise signal intensity S is compared with a prescribed level SL to determine the magnitudes of the two; and when the noise signal intensity S is larger than the prescribed level SL (when S>SL), the directional receiving antenna having received the noise radio waves is disconnected from the receiving circuit 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
