<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer sheet for beam reflection that can reduce the number of components in an illumination device and decrease assembling processes to form a light weight and thin reflector, and to provide a reflector using the sheet, an illuminator having the reflector, and a liquid crystal display device having the illuminator. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayer sheet for beam reflection comprises a beam-reflecting resin layer (A) and a resin base layer (B) containing an inorganic filler by 30 mass% or more and having a flexural modulus of 5 GPa or more. The multilayer sheet for beam reflection further has a flexible resin layer (C) applied in the resin base layer side of the above sheet. The reflector is produced by using the above multilayer sheet and integrating with at least a reflection plate, a boss for attaching a circuit, a reinforcing rib, and a support frame for a light diffusing plate, and if necessary, with a lamp holder, a lamp supporter and a support shaft for the light diffusing plate.
