<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out processing flexibly cooperatively, without being restricted by device configuration or processing contents. <P>SOLUTION: A purchase request document is scanned by an image processing apparatus 61, a message (instruction document) for calling an external service (approval processing) is transmitted to a cooperative processing server 50 by the image processing apparatus 61, and scanned document data are transmitted to a document managing server 62 and stored in a non-approved data storage region 236. The cooperative processing server 50 performs approval processings by using an approval processing device 64, based on the instruction document and notifies the document managing server 62 of the result, and the document managing server 62 stores the document data in an approved data storage region 238. The cooperative processing server 50 transmits the instruction document to a second image processing apparatus 65, to execute a service based on the instruction document, and the second image processing apparatus 65 extracts the document data from a storage position (approved data storage region 238), described in the instruction document received and prints the document data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
