<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that: it is considered difficult for an information sender (enterprise, organization, or individual) to know whether a facsimile sent to a journalist or an editorial department is actually taken in its hand, where the facsimile is information sent by a press release delivery to the media journalist (on a news paper, magazine, or the like) or the editorial department; and it takes a lot of time and labor to input characters and to collect data when the journalist or the editorial department reproduces the information. <P>SOLUTION: The press release information is put on the Internet, and e-mails of a summarized sentence are delivered to the journalists and editorial departments registered in advance. A journalist or editorial department interested in the e-mail clicks on a target page URL in the Web site described in the sentence of the e-mail, to get detailed information. At that time, the journalist or editorial department obtains an access log, and provides the access log information to the information sender, so that the information sender can know browsing status of the information sent by itself.
