<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a check on an environmental load value of an electric product. <P>SOLUTION: An environmental load information provision system 10 comprises an environmental load measurement device 11 and a remote control 12. The environmental load measurement device 11 is interposed between a power plug 15 of a TV 14 and a power receptacle 16 to measure an environmental load generated when the TV 14 is used. The remote control 12 controls the TV 14, and displays the environmental load value measured by the environmental load measurement device 11 and the like on an LCD 46. If no initial environmental load value of the TV 14 is stored in a data memory 32, an arithmetic control part 30 communicates with an external server 41 via a measurement device side communication part 35 to automatically search for and capture an initial environmental load value. If the use mode environmental load value per hour is larger than a first threshold, an alarm display screen is displayed on LCDs 23 and 46 to warn against the overuse of the TV 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
