PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device of an internal combustion engine capable of securing a quick response to accelerator operation, while excellently maintaining emission. SOLUTION: A determining part 94 determines the strength of an acceleration request of a driver from an acceleration speed vap. A selecting part 95 sets an opening TAacc to an opening TAt of an arithmetically operated first time when the acceleration request is strong, and to an opening TAt of a second time after a delay time TD from a time when the acceleration request is weak at each arithmetic operation corresponding to an accelerator operation quantity Accp. An actuator 43a controls a throttle valve 43 so as to reach the opening TAt at the first time or the second time. When setting the opening TAt of the first time, a logic A2 determines a fuel injection quantity fi to a fuel injection cylinder from throttle valve opening TA. When setting the opening TAt of the second time, a logic M2 predicts the cylinder inside suction air volume MC of the fuel injection cylinder from an opening TAest corresponding to the opening TAacc, and the logic A2 determines its fuel injection quantity fi on the basis of the air volume MC.
