Method for safe implementation of payment operations by means of use of charge card is distinguished by fact that: at least one charge card is transferred from active to passive mode according to which it is not possible to perform at least one expenditure operation by means of use of that charge card. Before implementation of at least one payment operation charge card is transferred to active mode, that for holder of charge card by means of communication device forms and transfers through communication operator to control center notification for transfer of charge card to active mode. Control center having obtained that notification identifies it and sends data on transfer of charge card to active mode to operation center. Operation center having obtained data from control center performs transfer of charge card to active mode. Operation center after having performed at least one payment operation by means of use of charge card transfers charge card to passive mode.
