The invention proposes a method for production of color television receivers with LCD panel. At the first stage a body of television receiver is made, component parts for assemblies of television receivers are bought and manufactured, than assemblies of television receivers are completed with manufactured details and bought component parts. At the second stage it is completed the body and a chassis from component parts, at the third, it is consequently realized manufacturing operation accordingly to which LCD panel and a dynamic are placed in the body of television receivers. At the fourth stage, it is realized manufacturing operation as to terminal assembly of chassis. At the fifth stage, it is consequently realized the manufacturing operation according to which a DC/AC inverter is installed, resistance of insulation is measured; parameters of television receiver are regulated. At the sixth stage it is consequently realized the manufacturing operation according to which television receiver is completely assembled. At the seventh stage, it is consequently realized the manufacturing operation, according to which television receiver is run, parameters are checked. After that at the final eight stage, it is consequently realized the manufacturing operation according to which control operations are realized, completeness are checked, parameters of television receivers are checked and complete product is packed. At the first stage, it is realized technological operation as to manufacturing of plastic details, metal holders and panels, printed circuit boards. The body is manufactured by means of casting in a metal press-form. For manufacturing of printed circuit boards a half-finished product made of glass-cloth-base laminate and/or foil turbonit is used. After printed circuit boards manufacturing, operations as to mounting of television receivers’ assemblies on said boards are realized. At the fifth stage of television receivers with LCD panel manufacturing, after realization of technological operation as to parameters regulation it is consequently realized the manufacturing operation, according to which it is realized technological operation as to control parameters of television receiver at low frequencies. At the seventh stage after parameters checking is realized technological operation as to operability of television receivers checking and quality of images are checked with help of generator of television signals and teletext signals. It is realized automated control of feature outer signals reproduction from other source by means of commutation television and audio signals. Before the eight stage an automated accounting of manufactured products by means of computer are made. For this purpose a special program with memorization in database is used. At the eighth stage, before technological operations as to package of finished product the automated accounting of television receivers intended for storage and realization by means of computer are made. Database is memorized in computer. |
