Machine for transportation and distribution of bitumen has chassis, heat-insulated tank for bitumen with bitumen-main system, power source, heater with nozzle, burner and convector, bitumen pump, bitumen distributor with shutoff fittings, with bitumen pistol included, board pneumatic system with compressor, receiver and pneumatic pistol. On chassis near heat-insulated tank tanks for different ballast fractions are installed, with dozer and mechanism for ballast feeding, bitumen-main and pneumatic systems are connected with three-position tap, its one inlet is connected to bitumen pump, second inlet – to receiver, and output – to bitumen hose with heating at presence of connected to receiver air hose with pneumatic pistol. At that bitumen pistol is equipped with dozer with possibility of mutual, together with ballast dozer, discrete dosing of ballast and bitumen supply to surface being treated. |
