Method for dump formation on weak watered base at which preliminarily one performs engineering-geological and geophysical studies on rational placement of vertical draining wells that include determination of characteristics of earth on designed area of expansion of dump, implementation of engineering-geological zoning of dangerous zones of weak rocks of base with setting on site points for drilling vertical draining wells and after drilling of wells of first and second rows, filling those at general decrease of residual porous pressure and hydrostatic pressure one drills at given points vertical draining wells in places of decreased bedding of water-retainer layer, one performs draining works and strengthens unstable zones with construction of earth drill-cast piles.
