PIEZOELECTRIC ACCELEROMETER

The invention can be used for measurement of vibro-accelerations in machines and mechanisms. Piezoelectric accelerometer has disc springy element that works on bend, one or two piezoceramic elements adjoining to springy element, inertial weight and threaded element. Accelerometer is additionally equipped with flat spring that is installed on threaded element (pin) with possibility of pressing with it inertial weight to disc springy element. Inertial weight is arranged as ring with recesses and lug, on those springy element and flat spring rest. The pin is placed along the axis of sensitivity of the device. Piezoceramic element or elements are fixed to springy element with unsplit welding or soldering. Load from inertial weight is transferred to element uniformly in its surface and only in direction of axis of sensitivity of the device, without side component. Wending or soldering of piezoceramic element to springy element provides common operation of those. It is purposeful to fix additionally on spring one or two piezoceramic elements.
