A low-profile antenna relates to shunt-fed antennas used as board antennas in airplanes, rockets, satellites and other space and transport facilities. The antenna consists of a metal rod made as an isoscales triangle with vertex fixed at a shorting device, center of mass – at an insulator. An exciter is protected by a fire-resistant dielectric. In space between the shorting device and the exciter it is located a shunt. The technical result is increasing of electrical and mechanical strength, matching input impedance with channel wave impedance, providing reliable and continuous communication in condition with high amplitude of overload, in broad range of sound and mechanical vibrations and under low atmospheric pressure conditions. |
