A method and an apparatus for managing information about a mobile network service are provided to transmit a message including changed network service information to an information server and retransmit the message to the information server until the information server transmits an acknowledgment message, thereby dynamically updating and managing various network information in the information server and providing the latest network information to a mobile node as handover information. A method for managing information about a mobile network service comprises the following steps of: checking whether network service information is changed(S100); transmitting a message including the changed information to an information server(S200); and receiving an acknowledgment message indicating the reception of the changed information from the information server(S300). The message including the changed information comprises a field of indicating a type of the message, a field of indicating a length of the message, and a field of indicating the changed information.
