FIELD: motor road building, particularly devices for hot asphalt-concrete mix preparation. ^ SUBSTANCE: bitumen taking and delivery device comprises cylindrical body provided with legs and having intake pipe. Device has lid and receiving pipe built in the lid, as well as stabilizing tubular valve projecting over working tank. Bitumen valve with level sensor is installed on side wall of cylindrical body so that the valve is at height equal to 3/4-4/5 of cylindrical body length from body bottom. The body is sealed with lid shaped as truncated cone and provided with receiving pipe built in lid center. The receiving pipe is connected with main pipe of return bitumen line through flexible hose. Intake pipe is arranged in center of bottom shaped as truncated cone. The intake pipe is connected with main sucking pipe of bitumen pump through flexible hose. Device has variable volume, which is controlled by level sensor and is defined by volumes of direct and return bitumen line filling and single dosing. ^ EFFECT: elimination of bitumen cooperation with air oxygen during bitumen discharge from return bitumen line, which retains bitumen quality in working tank and extends motor road usage time. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg
