<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively and firmly fix an extensible prop-up type post erected in a prop-up state between a ceiling and floor, with simple operation even if the strength of the ceiling is insufficient. <P>SOLUTION: The prop-up type post provided between the ceiling 22 and a floor surface 3 has a lower side large-diameter pipe 1 erected in an axially extensible manner on a floor laying base part 4 placed on the floor surface 3; an upper side small-diameter pipe 2 fitted into the large-diameter pipe so as to be vertically slidable according to the height of the ceiling from the floor surface; an adjustable fixing ring 21 capable of adjusting the small-diameter pipe according to the height of the ceiling; and a plurality of independent ceiling receiving members at the upper end of the small-diameter pipe 2. The ceiling receiving member is composed of a ceiling receiving bar and a ceiling receiving plate. Stress applied convergently on a specific limited part of the ceiling as seen in a conventional prop-up type post is dispersed to a plurality of parts of the ceiling to fix and pressure-bond the post to the ceiling with relatively weak stress. The post dispersedly held to the plurality of parts can be positively and firmly fixed even if the material and structure of the ceiling at the installed part are not sufficiently strong. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
